Terminology

Food +X = Food supply. Produces X amount of food. Each person not fed will lose 3 HP per day. The person that does not eat will either volunteer, be volunteered, or be randomly chosen.
Medical +X = Sick ward. Each infected person kept in a sick ward will gain 1 HP per day.
Repair +X (Y) = Creates X Repair Kits. Repair Kits can repair up to 200 HP. Y is how many will be produced the following day.
Health +X (Y) = Creates X Health Packs. Health packs can heal 5 HP to non-infected people. Infected people are at their max HP always, which means they cannot increase their HP, so don't use one of these on a sickie. Y is how many will be produced the following day.

Infected = Person is infected and cannot gain life back.
Burning
= Will lose 100 HP each day if not repaired by a Repair Kit.
Monsters = Monsters have broken loose in this area. People hiding out here will lose 5 HP per day.

Gas Strike Radius = One store per day will be hit with gasses (randomly chosen). That store, plus the two stores above and below it on the chart (imagine the chart loops) will also be hit. The Arena (underground) does not count on this list. For example, if Socdel Sykel is hit, then it also means Jecht's Store & 4-Suits are hit (2 above) and Department Store #1 and Eyes on Mallboro Cafe are hit (2 below, looping around on the chart). Got it? Good.
Store HP <= 300 =
Able to have gasses leak in, should it be in a gas-strike radius. If this happens, the store is automatically boarded up and cannot be repaired (will be listed as HP = 0).
Store HP <= 100 = Monsters will get into your store. They cannot be removed. See 'Monsters' status above.
Store HP = 0 = Store is unusable. People cannot stay here. Whatever goods it produced are now sacrificed.
Direct Hit = Causes 300 damage to the store and X to each person inside, where X is (500-STORE_HP)/100. If Store's HP exceeds 500, then it means they take 0 damage (sorry, no gaining HP).
Splash Damage = The 1 store above the directly hit store and 1 store below on the chart take splash damage, which causes 100 damage to each store and 2 to each person inside.
Fire Strike = Fire rounds are used, causing both direct hit store and splash damage stores to catch fire. See 'Burning' status above.
